Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunch – Spinach
• 250 g – Cabbage
• 1 small cup – boiled Corns
• 1 small cup – Mint leaves
• 2 – Carrots
• 2 – moolis (only white part)
• 1 – Beetroot
• 1/2 bunch – coriander
• Lime juice
• chat masala
• salt

Method:

  1. Grate the beetroot, moolis, and carrots.
  2. Chop cabbage, spinach, mint leaves and coriander.
  3. Add boiled corn into it.
  4. For dressing:
  5. Add lime juice, chat masala and salt.
  6. Can be served plain or with curd (low fat)
