Ingredients:

• 2 cups – shelled edamame beans
• 2 cups – soft or firm Tofu
• 1 tbsp – mild miso paste
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds (powdered)
• 3 Cloves – Garlic (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli flakes
• 1 – Lemon (juice)
• 1 tbsp – extra virgin Olive oil
• Salt if needed

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
