
Ingredients:
• Minced Mutton – 1 kg
• Onion – 1 kg, sliced
• Coriander seeds – 50 gms
• dry Red Chillies – 12 to 15
• oil – 3 tbsp
• Onion – 1/2 kg, minced
• Green chillies – 8 to 10
• Coconut – 1, grated
• Cumin seeds – 4 tsp
• salt to taste
• For Seasoning:
• oil – 1 tbsp
• mustard- 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – few
Method:
- Fry coriander seeds, red chillies, half of the green chillies and onion in oil. Cool and grind to a paste.
- Grind remaining onion, green chillies, coconut and cumin coarsely.
- Mix fried masala paste with mutton.
- Add turmeric and salt.
- Cook the meat in its own juices.
- Prepare seasoning and add.
- Fry till almost dry.
- Stir in the coconut masala and remove from fire.
