Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef or lamb liver sliced thinly
• 4 – large Onions sliced
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Cumins powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder

Method:

  1. Wash the liver well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions lightly.
  3. Add the sliced liver, ginger garlic paste, salt turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat till the liver is cooked.
  5. Add a little water while cooking if gravy is required.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
