
Ingredients:
• 200 g – Tomatoes
• 10 g – Onion
• 5 g – Garlic
• 50 g – smoked cherry Tomato
• 5 g – Basil
• 10 g – Butter
• 40 g – spaghetti
• 10 g – Parmigiano-Reggiano
Method:
- Boil the spaghetti and keep aside.
- Heat the pan, add garlic and onion, and saute.
- Add tomato rustic sauce.
- Add basil and seasoning.
- Add pasta and mount with butter.
- Finish with parmigiano rigiono.
- Garnish with parmagiano regiono flakes and basil leaves.
