Ingredients:

• 500 g – penne pasta.
• 400 g – Mutton mince.
• 1- onions.
• 4 – Garlic cloves.
• Freshly ground pepper.
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce.
• Salt.
• 250 g -tomatoes.
• 200 g – Tomato puree.
• 150 g – mozzarella.
• Oregano.
• oil.
• Butter.

Method:

  1. Heat a large pan filled 3/4 with water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add a tsp of salt and a tbsp of oil to the water.
  3. Once the water starts boiling, add the penne.
  4. Cook till al dente i,.e. just done.
  5. Drain and cool.
  6. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. Add the onions and chopped garlic cloves and saute on medium heat.
  7. Add salt and black pepper powder. Stir fry.
  8. Add the chilli sauce. Cook for a couple of more seconds.
  9. Then add the chopped tomatoes.
  10. Swish around in pan and add the mince. Cook the mince well.
  11. When mince turns brownish, add tomato puree and oregano. Cook till done.
  12. Butter a baking dish and layer with penne and mince.
  13. Top with grated mozzarella.
  14. Bake for 5 to 8 mins in an oven.
