
Ingredients:
• 3 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – urad dhal
• 4 – dry Red Chillies
• Salt
• 2 – Green chillies
• 3 – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsps – Mint leaves
Method:
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- After they splutter, add urad dal and dry chillies. Fry and keep aside.
- To the remaining oil in the pan, add chopped tomatoes, mint and green chillies.
- Cover and cook till tomatoes are stewed.
- Cool for a while and grind with the fried spices.
- Serve with dosas or idlis.
