
Ingredients:
• Grated radish – 1.5 cups
• Wheat flour – 4 cups
• Salt to taste
• Jeera – 2 tsps.
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsps.
• Oil – 2 tbsps
• Ghee – for making paratha
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
- Make it into a soft dough using water if necessary.
- Add oil to make the dough softer. Leave it to rise for an hour.
- Make paratha using ghee.
- Serve hot with any chutney or gravy.
