Ingredients:

• Grated radish – 1.5 cups
• Wheat flour – 4 cups
• Salt to taste
• Jeera – 2 tsps.
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsps.
• Oil – 2 tbsps
• Ghee – for making paratha

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
  2. Make it into a soft dough using water if necessary.
  3. Add oil to make the dough softer. Leave it to rise for an hour.
  4. Make paratha using ghee.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney or gravy.
