Ingredients:
• noodles Pack – 1
• Onions small – 1
• Green chillies – 2 to 4
• Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Corn)
• eggs – 2
• Tomato Sauce – 1.5 tsp
• Soya Sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Garlic Sauce – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Method:
- Initially boil the noodles and keep them aside until they become cold.
- Now in a frying pan, add oil Fry the chillies, onions and the mixed vegetables one after the other.
- When all these are boiled, add the 2 eggs by breaking them up.
- Let this also get cooked.
- Then add all the sauces and stir.
- Add little salt and pepper for taste and then add the noodles.
- Let the noodles get fried more on low flame, so that they become little dry which makes them more tastier.
- That’s it you are done. You can even avoid the eggs if you don’t want them.
