
Ingredients:
• 1 medium – cabbage, chopped fairly large
• ¼ kg – beans, cut in big pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 small piece of Cinnamon
• A few Curry leaves
• 3 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, cinnamon, and curry leaves for a little while.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic paste, green chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala/spice powder, cumin powder, coconut paste, and salt and stir fry till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add cabbage, beans, and 1 cup of water and simmer on low heat till the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
