Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 1 – small Onion
• 2 tbsp – Coconut
• 2-3 Green chillies
• 1/2 tbsp – spoon Tamarind
• salt to taste and oil for frying

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and fry spinach for few minutes.
  2. Add coconut, chillies and onion to the spinach and fry till the raw smell goes.
  3. Add tamarind and salt to the spinach and grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Again bring it to boil.
