
Ingredients:
• A packet – Vermicelli
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Ghee
• Cashewnuts and Raisins – Add according to taste
• 1 carton of Milk
Method:
- Fry the vermicelli in ghee till it turns a beautiful brown and keep it aside.
- Empty the contents of the condensed milk into a vessel and dilute it according to the number of servings that you want.
- Add the milk and let it boil.
- Once it starts to boil, add the vermicelli and keep stirring till it is cooked.
- You could roast a few cashews and raisins and add it to the cooked kheer.
