Ingredients:
• Tuvar dal – 2 tbsp
• Chana dal – 2 tbsp
• chillies (red) – 4 to 5
• lg(LG) powder – 1 pinch
• grated Coconut – 1cup
• oil to fry – 2 tsp
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, add chana dal, tuvar dal, red chillies, and LG powder and fry to a golden brown colour.
- Grind fried dals, chillies, coconut and salt to a paste. Add little water.
- Goes well with rice and rasam.
