Ingredients:

• 350 gms – Boneless Chicken
• 100 ml – Coconut Cream
• 100 ml – Curd/yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• Coriander – I small bunch
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Chop chicken into small pieces.
  2. Marinate with turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken.
  4. Fry till the chicken becomes semi soft.
  5. Add the green chillies to it.
  6. Now add the coconut cream over the chicken.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Now add the yoghurt and salt to taste.
  9. Let the chicken cook in the juice of the coconut cream and curd until the gravy thickens.
  10. Add water to get the desired consistency.
  11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
