Ingredients:
• 350 gms – Boneless Chicken
• 100 ml – Coconut Cream
• 100 ml – Curd/yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 – Green chillies
• Coriander – I small bunch
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Chop chicken into small pieces.
- Marinate with turmeric powder and salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken.
- Fry till the chicken becomes semi soft.
- Add the green chillies to it.
- Now add the coconut cream over the chicken.
- Mix well.
- Now add the yoghurt and salt to taste.
- Let the chicken cook in the juice of the coconut cream and curd until the gravy thickens.
- Add water to get the desired consistency.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
