Ingredients:
• 200 g – Flour
• 4 – Eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 – Onions, chopped and ground to a paste
• 2 tbsp – Butter or Ghee
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 litre – Oil for frying
Method:
- Knead the flour with the salt, baking powder, pepper powder, onion paste, eggs and milk.
- Keep aside for about one hour.
- Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls.
- Flatten each ball, then fold over any 2 sides to form a hollow, deep fry a few at a time till golden brown.
- Cool and store in an air tight box and use whenever required.
