Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Urad Dal (skinned)
• 1 cup – Jaggery grated
• 1/2 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Fry urad dal. When it becomes light brown in colour take and cool it. Grind to fine powder.
  2. Mix well with grated jaggery.
  3. Now slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
  4. Now it is ready to make laddoos.
  5. The aroma of the urad daal is very nice so there is no need to mix any flavours to it.
  6. I hope that all food lovers will like this recipe very much.
