Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Urad Dal (skinned)
• 1 cup – Jaggery grated
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Fry urad dal. When it becomes light brown in colour take and cool it. Grind to fine powder.
- Mix well with grated jaggery.
- Now slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
- Now it is ready to make laddoos.
- The aroma of the urad daal is very nice so there is no need to mix any flavours to it.
