Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs.
• 3 tbsp – pineapple, finely shredded.
• 4 tbsp – maida.
• A pinch of salt.
• 2 tsp – sugar.
• Milk.
• oil to deep fry.
• Powdered Sugar to coat.

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Mix maida, salt and sugar.
  3. Add just enough milk to make a batter, slightly thicker than pakoda batter.
  4. Add pineapple and mix.
  5. Heat oil for deep frying.
  6. Add a few spoons of batter in oil and fry on medium heat till golden brown.
  7. Drain well.
  8. Toss in powdered sugar and serve hot.
