
Ingredients:
• 3 – Brinjal
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 6 – dry chillies
• Pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the brinjal on flame till cooked.
- Put all the other ingredients in a kadai and roast it for 2 mins.
- Peel the skin of the brinjal and add it to this.
- Grind the mixture coarsely in a mixer.
- Serve.
