
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Chicken (cut into pieces)
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Garlic juice
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 2 cups – Ghee
• 1 cellophane bag
• 1 tsp – Ginger juice
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Soak the chicken pieces in salt, vinegar, ginger juice and garlic juice for 12 to 16 hours.
- Now put corn flour in the bag with little salt and black pepper.
- Add pieces of chicken. Shake the bag well.
- In a deep pan, heat the ghee to a high temperature.
- Then gradually lower a few pieces of chicken and fry them until golden brown on a very high heat.
- Before frying the second batch of chicken pieces, the fat should be heated once again to a high temperature.
- Serve hot with green salad.
