Ingredients:

• 8 mangoes
• 1200 ml. water
• 450 gms. Sugar
• 75 gms. fresh Ginger

Method:

  1. Boil sugar and water together until a thick syrup is formed.
  2. Peel the mangoes and blend in a liquidizer.
  3. Add the sugar syrup and chopped ginger. Leave to cool.
