
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – roasted Channa dal
• 8 – long chillies
• 2 cup – grated Coconut
• Salt to taste
• Mustard Seeds
• A few -curry leaves
• 2 – whole red chillies, crushed
Method:
- In a small kadai, heat oil and put the roasted channa dal (daalia) and keep stirring for about 4-5 mins
- Remove it from the heat, and add chillies and coconut.
- Grind well in a mixie
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seeds, curry leaves and crushed chillies and add it to the chutney.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve it with idlis, dosa or medu vada.
