
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fresh strawberries
• 50 to 100 g – granulated white Sugar
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup – plain yogurt or sour Cream
• 120 to 180 ml – Milk or Cream
• whipped Cream for garnish
Method:
- Wash and cut the strawberries and place in your food processor.
- Process until the strawberries are pureed.
- Add the sugar, yogurt and milk and process until combined.
- Adjust the sugar, yogurt, and milk as necessary.
- Ladle into dessert bowls and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.
- Can be refrigerated for a few hours.
- If refrigerating, do not garnish with whipped cream until just before serving.
