
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• For multi-grain flour (dry these in the hot sun for a day before making a fine powder):
• 100g – soya (dry fry until slight brown)
• 100g – Corn
• 100g – white Corn
• 100g – millet
• 100g – Oats
Method:
- To 1 cup of wheat flour add 2 tbsp of the multi grain mix.
- Add salt and enough water to knead into a firm dough. Separate the dough into small even-sized balls.
- Roll each of them into a chapatti and roast them on a tawa till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
