
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – mixed vegetables (grated carrot, Corn kernels, Chinese cabbage, celery)
• 5 – mozzarella pieces
• 5 – Tomato pieces
• 1 – pastry sheet
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp – Basil leaves (dry)
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – all-purpose flour
• salt to taste
• pepper as needed
Method:
- Take a large bowl and pour the mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, basil leaves and pepper. Mix well.
- Dust the pastry sheet with all-purpose flour and roll well. With a bowl or cup, cut the pastry sheet into small rounds.
- Preheat an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take a tart mould and grease it. Place the pastry round sheet and fill with the mixed vegetable mixture.
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella pieces over the mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Garnish the pies with soya sauce and serve.
