Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Besan
• 1 cup – Sooji (rava)
• 1 cup – Wheat flour (atta)
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• Few leaves – coriander
• 1 pinch – Baking soda

Method:

  1. Mix all the flours. Grate the potato and onion. Add chopped green chillies, coriander, baking soda, and salt to taste.
  2. Add water till it comes to a dosa batter consistency.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoonful of the batter and spread it like a dosa.
  4. Add a tbsp of oil and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup or achar.
