
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Button mushrooms(chopped)
• 20 stalks-Green onions(chopped)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves(chopped)
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• To grind:
• 1-Tomato
• 1 tsp – Peppercorns
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3- Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds
• 1/4 cup – Grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 3 tsp – Poppy seeds.
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the cumin seeds. Now add the chopped green onions and stir them for a while. Then add the chopped mushrooms and the turmeric powder and salt and stir well. Add the garam masala and stir.
- Meanwhile grind all the ingredients for grinding with water into a fine paste.
- Now add the ground paste to the mushrooms and cook them until the oil get separates from the gravy.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve with rice.
