
Ingredients:
• Whole Wheat flour – 1/2 cup.
• Flour (maida) – 1/2 cup.
• Besan (chick peas flour) – 1/2 cup.
• Boiled, mashed Potatoes – 1/3 cup.
• Poppy Seeds – 2 tsp.
• Hot oil – 3 tbsp.
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt – 1 tsp.
• Water – to mix.
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except water.
- Add just enough water to make a firm dough.
- Keep covered for 15 mins.
- Divide into 20 balls and roll out to about 3 mm thick poories.
- Deep fry in moderately hot oil till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney, raitha or sauce.
