
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sooji (rava)
• 7 to 8 pieces – bread slices
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – boiled Potato
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies
• 1 – Capsicum (small)
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat dry Sooji (rava) on pan till it becomes little brown.
- Chop onions, capsicum, tomato and green chillies into very small pieces.
- Boil potato and mash it with all the chopped vegetables.
- Add sooji (rava) to the mix.
- Add curd and milk and make it like a thick paste.
- If it is little dry add some water to make a smooth thick paste.
- Add salt to the mix.
- Take a bread slice and spread the paste of 3 to 5 mm thickness and toast the bread slice on both sides on hot pan with some oil.
