
Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 8
• Capsicum, chopped – 1 | Paneer, chopped – 1 cup
• Chopped Garlic – 2-3
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Cheese spread – 2-3 tsps
• Butter or Ghee – 1 tsp
• Chings all-in-one sauce – 2 tsps (or 2 tsps – soy sauce)
• Oil – for cooking
• For Garnishing:
• Coriander leaves – 2-3 tsps
• Paneer, grated – 2-3 tsps
Method:
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute.
- Add grated paneer and finely chopped capsicum. Mix well.
- Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and Chings all-in-one sauce.
- Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
- Trim the bread slices, flatten it a little, apply cheese spread and add the topping. | Roll the bread and secure with cocktail sticks.
- Apply ghee or butter on the top of bread slices. Microwave at high for 2 minutes.
- Remove the cocktail sticks, cut the slices into 2 pieces.
- Garnish them with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
