
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1 cup – chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 3 – Egg whites
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 cup – chopped nuts
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar till light. Add eggs and beat well till fluffy.
- Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence.
- Mix it well.
- Mix flour and salt and beat well.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
- Garnish it with nuts and bake for 25 minutes. (Till a toothpick comes out clean when put in the centre.)
- Cool.
- Refrigerate before serving.
