Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk powder
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 8-10- Almonds.

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and saute the milk powder for a few minutes and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile boil the sugar in with water until it reaches a one string consistency. Now add the fried milk powder and cook until the mixture leaves the bottom of the vessel.
  3. Pour this thickened mixture into a greased plate. Sprinkle with the almond nuts and keep aside until it cools.
  4. Cut into any shape.
