Ingredients:

• 250g – Ginger chopped finely
• 1250g – Sugar
• 2 liters – water
• 1/2 tsp – Yeast
• 3-4 – dry Red Chillies
• 20g – citric acid

Method:

  1. Boil the chopped ginger along with sugar, broken red chillies and water for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Strain the mixture and add the yeast and citric acid. Stir well to ensure that the citric acid crystals are dissolved.
  3. Transfer to an air tight container and keep for 3 days. Your wine is ready.
