
Ingredients:
• 4 – apples
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 litre – water
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 tbsp – candied peel
Method:
- Pare and chop the apples into small pieces.
- Cook the apples with all the other ingredients on low heat till soft, stirring constantly, till the marmalade thickens and becomes clear.
- Cool and store in the refrigerator.
