
Ingredients:
• Carrots- 2
• Green chillies- 10
• Garlic cloves- 3
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Urad Dal – 1 tsp
• Red chillies- 2
• Curry leaves – 1 sprig
• Lemon – 2
• Turmeric powder- a pinch
• Salt to taste
• Oil for seasoning
Method:
- Peel the skin of carrots, grate them, and set aside.
- Grind green chillies and garlic cloves and mix them with the grated carrots.
- Add salt according to your taste.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, turmeric, and urad dal.
- When the seeds crackle, add the carrot mixture.
- Fry for 5 minutes.
- Take off heat.
- After the mixture cools down a little bit, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve with rotis.
