Ingredients:

• 1 medium – cabbage, finely chopped/shredded
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 4 – Green chillies slit
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Then fry slit green chillies.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage and cook covered till done.
  3. To this mix in the grated coconut and lemon juice.
  4. Serve hot .
