Ingredients:
• 3 – Raw bananas (peel)
• 3 – Green chillies
• 6 – 7 – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Kalonji
• Haldi
• salt
Method:
- Boil the peels. Grind along with green chillies, garlic, salt and haldi.
- Heat oil. Fry the kalonji.
- Add the paste and fry till all the moisture is evaporates.
- Serve with paratha.
- It can also be eaten as a spread on sandwiches.
