Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – onion, cut into cubes
• 1 – capsicum, cut into cubes
• 200 gms – paneer, cut into cubes
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wide pan.
  2. Add onion pieces to it and fry for 4 – 5 minutes until it is pink in color.
  3. Add capsicum pieces to it and fry for 3 – 4 minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it and stir well.
  5. Add paneer pieces and salt to it.
  6. Cover it with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until it is done.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala powder on it and serve it hot with rotis.
