Ingredients:
• 500 g – Pomfret fish (cleaned, washed, boiled, de-boned and mashed)
• 500 g – Potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
• 1/2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 Egg (beaten)
• 4 to 5 or more Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• oil for deep frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl mix the fish and potatoes together.
- Add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves egg, butter and mix well.
- Shape into small balls and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
