Ingredients:
• Coriander leaves, dry – 1 tbsp
• Channa dal – 1 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 1/2 tbsp
• Red Chillies – 5 flakes
• Capsicum – 3
• Oil
• Rice – 2 cups
Method:
- Fry the ingredients and grind to a powder.
- Cut the capsicum into small pieces and fry it with salt.
- Add the powder to the capsicum and saute till the capsicum turns soft.
- Do not fry it for too long.
- Add the cooked rice to it and mix it well. Add salt if needed.
- Garnish it with coriander and cashews.
