
Ingredients:
• 2 medium sour mangoes
• 1 tsp – chilly powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seed
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Hing powder
• 1/4 tsp – roasted Methi powder
• 3 tsp – oil
Method:
- Skin the mangoes and grate.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter, add Mango pieces and turmeric powder, stir well for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add chilli powder, hing powder, methi powder and salt. Mix.
- Can be stored for 10 to 15 days.
