Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rawa
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 – Pineapple
• Some cashews,dried Grapes
• 1/4kg – Ghee

Method:

  1. In a pan, roast the rawa till it turns golden brown in color.
  2. Heat a pan and add little ghee.
  3. To this, add the cashews and the raisins.
  4. Add two cups of water.
  5. To the boiling water, slowly add the roasted rawa and stir well so that there are no lumps.
  6. To this, add the smashed pineapple and sugar and mix well.
  7. Finally, garnish with the remaining ghee and serve hot.
