Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rawa
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 – Pineapple
• Some cashews,dried Grapes
• 1/4kg – Ghee
Method:
- In a pan, roast the rawa till it turns golden brown in color.
- Heat a pan and add little ghee.
- To this, add the cashews and the raisins.
- Add two cups of water.
- To the boiling water, slowly add the roasted rawa and stir well so that there are no lumps.
- To this, add the smashed pineapple and sugar and mix well.
- Finally, garnish with the remaining ghee and serve hot.
