
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Shelled, green peas.
• 3- Potatoes, peeled and cut into medium sized pieces.
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – cumin powder.
• 1 tsp – Garlic and Ginger paste.
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder.
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 2 – Onions sliced.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 2 – Cloves.
• 1 piece – Cinnamon.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, cloves and cinnamon for a 2-3 mins.
- Then add all the other ingredients.
- Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
- Cook on low heat until the potatoes and peas are cooked.
- Serve hot with plain rice/puris/chapattis/rotis.
