
Ingredients:
• 1/2 – grated Coconut
• 1 – glass drinking water
• 1 tsp – salt
• 4 to 5 – kokum
• 1 – Green chilli
Method:
- Mix salt and kokum in a bowl and keep aside.
- In a mixer, grind coconut and green chilli along with some water.
- Now extract the juice from this and add to the bowl of kokum. Repeat this process thrice.
- Let this stand for about 1/2 hour so that the kadi is infused with the taste of kokum.
