
Ingredients:
• 1 large-size Cucumber
• 3 cups buttermilk (sour)
• 1 tbsp -mustard for seasoning
• Ingredients for grinding:
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Channa dal, soaked in water
• 1 tbsp – Rice soaked in water
• Salt according to taste
Method:
- Peel the skin of cucumber and cut into small pieces.
- Boil the cucumber with a little salt.
- In a grinder, grind all the ingredients (listed for grinding) with some buttermilk.
- Mix the paste in the remaining buttermilk.
- Once the cucumber is boiled, add the masala buttermilk. Bring to a boil.
- Then put chopped coriander.
- This one goes very well with rice.
