Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked rice.
• 3 tbsp – butter.
• 2 – eggs, beaten well.
• 2 tsp – pepper powder.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat the butter in a pan and add the beaten egg.
- Scramble it well.
- Add the cooked rice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Garnish with fried onions if desired.
- Serve with any curry or with tomato sauce.
