Ingredients:

• 2 whole fish (preferably carp)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• For Stuffing:
• 1 onion, chopped finely
• 1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
• 3 green chillies, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
• 1/4 cup boiled peas
• 1/4 cup boiled French beans
• 1/2 cup cooked minced Meat
• 1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms
• 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Butter
• Salt as per taste
• For Sauce:
• 1/2 cup sour Cream
• Salt as per taste
• 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Method:

  1. Clean the fish, remove the scales and slit the fish lengthwise.
  2. Marinate the fish with salt and lemon juice for 1/2 hour.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Fry onion till transparent.
  5. Simmer green chillies, garlic and ginger for 2 mins.
  6. Add vegetables, mushrooms and meat.
  7. Cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add mushrooms and salt.
  9. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  10. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  11. Mix it well.
  12. Remove from fire.
  13. Stuff the fish with the above stuffing mixture.
  14. Butter the fish.
  15. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins.
  16. Mix the ingredients for sauce.
  17. After the fish is cooked, pour the sauce over it.
  18. Let it bake for another 5 mins.
  19. Remove the fish into serving dish.
  20. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
