Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Maida – 1/2 cup
• Oil – 1/2 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
• Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – a pinch
Method:
- Sift maida, wheat flour and sugar together and add the mixture of baking powder, oil and salt in small quantity and mix well.
- Once the batter blends well make desired shapes out of it.
- Finally grease microwave proof plate and keep the biscuits on it and bake it in convection mode at 180 degree Celsius for 8 min.
- Finally remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool for and while.
