Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – soft Jaggery
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• pinch – salt.
Method:
- Mix the coconut and jaggery together.
- Make a dough with the rice flour and little water.
- Make small balls with the dough.
- Flatten a ball, place a little of the coconut and jaggery mixture in the middle of each ball of dough. Then cover with the dough around it so as to form a ball.
- Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes in a steamer.
- Serve either hot or cold.
