Ingredients:

• Tomatoes – 2
• Onion – 1 small
• Red Chilli – 3
• Garlic – 1 flake
• Hing – 1/2 tsp –
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp –
• Oil – 2 tsp –
• Curry leaves – few
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind together tomato, onion, garlic and red chilli to a fine paste.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and add mustard seeds. After spluttering, add curry leaves and hing.
  3. Add the ground paste and salt. Cook till the oil comes out.
  4. Serve hot with idli, dosa or can apply in any kind of sandwiches.
