Ingredients:
• 25 Red Chillies (discard stalks)
• 1 cup – grated copra(desiccated coconut)
• 1/2 cup – Coriander seeds
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 8 each Cloves and Cardamom
• 1 tsp – shah Jeera
• 1/2 Nutmeg
• 2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients with very little oil.
- Cool and grind to a coarse powder.
- Mix in the turmeric powder.
- Store in air tight bottle in the refrigerator.
